West Bromwich B70
£8.90 p/h
(Mon – Thurs 9am - 4:30pm, Fri 9am - 2:30pm)
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join their rapidly growing team based in West Bromwich.
Position Summary
As Office Administrator your daily roles and responsibilities will include an array of tasks, including;
• General administrative duties – i.e. answer telephone calls, take messages, answer accounts queries as appropriate, taking booking, filtering calls and filing
• Data input on to the companies EA system
• Producing quotes for customers and ensuring to efficiently deal with enquiries from the companies Blue Chip clients
• Producing reports via excel spreadsheets detailing waste movements
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will ideally have the required skills & experience to hit the ground running in this role, including:
• Experience working within the Waste Management sector is advantageous
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, positive and flexible individual
