We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Group Customer Success Specialist working across the Mears Group with regular travel to our branches and Customer & Community Success Hub, which is based in Rotherham.

With a keen interest in implementing customer solutions and understanding our customer’s needs with regarding what makes customers advocates of Mears Group.  Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be tested through supporting our branches, developing their service offering and performance in relation to culture, customer excellence and social value. Within the role, you will make certain that the strategic direction for customer experience and social value is successfully implemented across the area you are responsible for. The Group Customer Success Specialist will constantly uphold consistent service excellence, client & customer satisfaction along with tangible local improvements through delivering a service that is renowned for leading the way.

Candidates for this role will successfully project manager /implement strategies to embed the Group approach to culture, customer excellence and social value, supporting retention/ achievement of accreditations determined by the Group Director of Customer & Community Success. To succeed in this role, you will need to develop & maintain key relationships with our clients, operational management, branches and Customer & Community Managers/ Officers.

With project management experience, candidates for this role will have an established track record working within a service environment.  Candidates for this position will be experienced with working with clients and customers, understanding their needs and perceptions whilst building effective relationships coupled with experience of managing multiple clients and / or customers.  The Group Customer Success Specialist will be knowledgeable in delivering customer training, implementing strategy and business plans. A collaborative worker you will be a proficient user of CRM systems and possess the appropriate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects. With excellent relationship building skills you will have the ability to manage complex situations, creating and delivering innovative solutions and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be flexible with the passion and drive to succeed.

Candidates for this role must be willing to travel as required with 2 overnight stays per week not uncommon.
