LOCATION: Workington
JOB TITLE: Maintenance Improvement
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary dependant on experience, attractive Company contributory pension scheme, life assurance , quarterly bonus subject to mill results, 33 days hol including bank holidays and holiday buy back scheme
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1631 hours
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a Swedish company who is a member of the Holmen Group. They are proud producers of Invercote and Incada, which is a high quality virgin fibre paperboard, used in the packaging and graphics sectors. They are also listed in the top 100 of the world's most sustainable companies.
THE ROLE: Our client has exciting opportunities to strengthen their mill maintenance team. They are proud of their continuous improvement culture and are currently reviewing and improving their mill equipment reliability through a systematic and concerted focus on asset criticality and preventative maintenance. They are looking for candidates with an engineering background and a proven track record in the implementation and sustaining of modern maintenance techniques with a good understanding of a manufacturing site.
THE CANDIDATE: Experience of world class asset condition monitoring techniques and the embedding of successful planned maintenance routines for major project investments, new and existing equipment is essential. A thorough understanding and appreciation of CMMS and the role it plays in providing the solid foundation required for sustainable progress is required.
