£16,704.63 - £18,066.79 depending on experience
Permanent, 37 hours per week
Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lead Generator to work within their dedicated Sales Team. Responsible for generating leads for their team and utilising market intelligence, the successful candidate will be comfortable developing and maintaining customer relationships with local employers in a target driven environment.
The main duties include:
- Generating quality leads for the employment team
- To utilise market intelligence and local employer research to identify potentially suitable local employers who may benefit from the College’s services.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with employers
- To access and maintain the College’s customer relationship management system
- To work together as a team and share information in order to support delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 3 qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business
- GCSE grade C or Level 2 in Maths and English
- Experience of generating quality leads
- Experience of working in a sales or customer facing environment
- Excellent IT skills
- The ability to thrive in a target driven environment
