Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education are recruiting in Partnership with a Community Primary School in Mold. We are seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant to provide cover in Year 1.
The role will start after the February half term, for five mornings a week (15 hours a week) on an ongoing basis.
This position is to work in a 'Good' Estyn primary school with a strong sense of community and a culture of improvement in which every member of staff has high expectations so that school will make a difference.

You will be a TA who can deliver ready set plans that follow the exciting curriculum in place. You will be able to providing a supporting role to ensure children are challenged to be the best they can be, develop the whole child, socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, spiritually and morally in a safe, caring and supportive environment.
To be considered you must also be committed to meeting the individual needs of every child and the desire to create a happy and secure environment.
In order to be considered for this TA job, you will need to:

* Hold recognised UK TA qualifications (TA2 or TA3)
* Be registered as a teaching assistant with the EWC
* Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and always strive to get the best out of your students
* Be well organised
* Be adaptable to cope with any situation
