Customer Service Advisor

One of the South East's leading Motor Retailers has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Skoda retailer in Maidstone.

The successful applicant will possess an engaging and positive attitude, be highly motivated and able to demonstrate the highest levels of customer satisfaction and interaction.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience
- Able to follow strict processes and procedures

No day is the same in this demanding and busy role so candidates will need to be methodical and flexible in their approach to their duties, and enjoy working within a team.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, plus alternate Saturday's 8.00am to 12.30pm.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
