Role:
Contacting new prospects to generate opportunities for our clients IT software solutions. You will be responsible for introductions, appointment setting and eventually taking orders.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as overcoming objections.

The goal is to be an integral part of the team and help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Skills and attributes required;

??? Previous outbound telesales and cold calling experience essential
??? Ability to build report

Responsibilities;
??? Reaching sales and call targets
??? Searching and generating leads
??? Understanding the target audience
??? Researching potential prospects from a range of sources
??? Contacting relevant companies to identify decision makers
??? Talking to decision makers within the companies to establish if there is an interest in the product(s)
??? Look to arrange appointments for prospective clients with senior associates
??? Maintaining diaries
??? Using and managing the CRM system
??? Have fun!
