Arriva TrainCare are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller / Data Inputter for our Crewe Depot. We are a successful, rapidly evolving organisation, going through a massive transformation at real pace, with a strong order book for 2017 and beyond.

The Document Controller / Data Inputter role and purpose:

To ensure all company Master & Controlled documents and vehicle histories are maintained in a suitable format and secure location. To manage the archiving of data when not current and ensuring audits are complied with.

To work with all areas of the business to facilitate a comprehensive document control department that will enable colleagues to easily locate data records or up to date work instructions or drawings.

Be a focal point for sourcing drawings and work instructions from our customers.

Ensure that all data entered onto company systems are accurate and concise, verified and filed making sure any controlled documents are logged and issued correctly.

Essential experience as our Document Controller / Data Inputter:

- A good standard of education, minimum GCSE level.

- Previous experience of document control including: checking quality of documents, monitoring processes, producing listings and setting up effective project filing systems.

- Excellent IT skills, with highly accurate data input skills, prior experience of SAP would be advantageous.

- Strong administration skills, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Customer focussed, experience of teaming up with other documentation groups, internal and external.

- Possess an enthusiasm for continuous process improvement.

- Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.00 hrs (flexible)
