We are looking for a talented and keen Junior Project Manager to deliver award winning projects for our exciting range of clients.  Typical projects will include strategically led web projects and mobile apps. e3 deliver projects which are waterfall, Agile and a hybrid of both approaches with Discover, Explore, Define and Deliver phases.

Reporting to our Head of Project Management, as Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Turning client briefs into qualified, planned and costed projects
  • Providing frequent project related client communication
  • Managing suppliers on occasion
  • Motivating and managing project teams
  • Maintaining project management systems (RAID logs, project status etc)
  • Adhering to internal project processes and governance (income forecasting, resource booking, internal and client approvals etc)
  • Troubleshooting & resolution of project issues should they arise (which of course they won’t because you’ll have identified and mitigated any risks already)
  • Managing changes in project scope and any resulting change requests
  • Evolving your own project management techniques as well as contributing to the evolution of e3’s.

All of which should lead to projects which are delivered in a controlled manner and on time, on budget and to a level of quality level we can all be proud of

You should have experience of agency environments, comfortable with project plans and have a sixth sense of potential risks. You should have experience of content management projects ideally on Sitecore, Umbraco or similar platform and ideally have strong technical knowledge and have worked with development teams.

Finally, you must be enthusiastic, keen to learn, recognise your limits and be willing to push them.
