Our client is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their growing Solutions team.

They are the UK’s leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke, premium, aluminium doors, windows and electronic roller blinds. Established in 2002, they have grown rapidly, and now have offices in Dubai as well as a manufacturing facility in Florida.

The Service Coordinator will organise and plan the daily schedules and route planning for their team of Service Engineers, ensuring they are provided with the relevant parts to carry out the call.

Key Responsibilities- Service Coordinator:

• Coordinate Service Engineers diaries
• Schedule Service Engineer daily jobs and plan their routes
• Liaise with the Solutions team to identify issues
• Interpret instructions and implement actions in accordance with administrative procedures
• Identify parts required for specific issues and order accordingly
• Coordinate the ordering of remakes by fully completing and sending out the request form
• Ensure Non Conformance Reports (NCR) are completed for all and any possible manufacturing related issues identified internally or on site
• Check and control stocks carried by Service Engineers on their vehicles
• Communicate and provide information through relevant methods internally and externally
• Escalate any internal and external issues to Team Leader
• Process and write Service Engineer site visit reports
• Participate in daily team meetings
• Ensure Service Engineers keep their vehicles tidy and fuelled at the end of play each day
• Ensure the Service Engineers have sufficient supply of work uniforms, tools and safety work equipment
• Perform administrative duties as required for daily operations

The Ideal Service Coordinator:

• Be proficient in MS Office and Outlook
• Be flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list
• Have excellent problem solving skills
• Be accurate with good attention to detail
• Be articulate and an excellent communicator
• Be professional and a good team worker
• Be proactive and willing to help with varied requests

Additional Requirements- Service Coordinator:

• Relevant previous experience in a similar role with an excellent telephone manner
• Relevant previous experience in and an understanding of the terminology used within the industry would be an advantage

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000
