Volunteer Network Support Manager – based Guildford – Salary
£30,000pa on a fixed term full time Contract to March 2018

Cycling UK believes that cycling should be accessible to all and helps to deliver fun, engaging and sustainable opportunities for people to cycle all over the UK.

As the Volunteer Network Support Manager you will be required to grow and evolve Cycling UK’s network of cycling groups and ensure it is ‘Open to All’ – offering the broadest and most inclusive selection of cycling activities across the UK. The role will work with an established and rapidly growing network of cycling groups. It will oversee the development of groups, volunteers, events and large scale public engagement programmes for the benefit of our members, supporters and funders.

You will be a highly motivated manager with experience of managing projects, staff and budgets. You will ideally have experience of working within a membership organisation and have a strong understanding of the charity sector. You will be driven, well organised and proactive; supporting the delivery of Cycling UK’s strategic objectives by supporting membership growth, volunteer development and increasing the volume of regular cycling
activity we support across the UK.

This post will be a full time fixed term contract until March 2018 with a possible view to extension. The individual will be office based in Guildford and travel across England may be required.
