Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join the Touchstone team in Bath. With a focus on providing excellent customer service you will support two large London based residential property portfolios.What your role will beYou will become one of our property manager, supporting a portfolio of properties throughout their tenancy lifecycle. From the moment tenants move into the property you will become the point of contact. Managing any maintenance needs, being aware of possible arrears and ensuring property compliance with both statutory and Touchstone standards. You will also pick up some block management. On occasion you will also support with the original marketing of properties and attracting of tenants. As part of the growing organisation we are continuously taking on additional clients and you will use a flexible approach to property management as well as communication. Making sure that your style is adapted to fit their requirements. Your backgroundTouchstone are a growing organisation with demands on this team increasing all the time, we need you to cope well with pressure and challenging situations. This is a small close knit team, where people with a strong work ethic and sense of humour do well. You will have experience working within an office based customer service role with a background in property management seen as beneficial.Your new team will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, tenants and external organisation, you'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills to succeed. A minimum of grade C or above at GCSE level or equivalent is essential.
