We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who would like to do something a little bit different!
Set in beautiful surroundings you will provide support to adults with learning disabilities in a shared supported living house. This service has a wide range of social and work opportunities on site for the individuals who live here, including a bakery, market gardens, orchards, crafts and even livestock!
As Support Worker your role will be to work with individuals to help them fulfil their potential, promoting independence and choice along the way. You will support and enable individuals to carry out daily activities from cooking, cleaning and shopping, to budgeting, accessing college courses and socialising.
You will enjoy being part of an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, within a fun and vibrant team, and we can guarantee you will never be bored in your new role!
The salary for this role is ??16,640 - ??17,680 per annum, with 32 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays), full training and development, and company sick pay.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need to have previous experience in supporting individuals, preferably adults with learning disabilities, and ideally be a driver with your own vehicle.
