WEC Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive, from the Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser industry, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm in Cambridge.  We are offering the successful Business Development Executive an excellent salary and benefits package of £25,000 – £35,000 per annum plus bonus.

Privately owned for over 35 years, and now one of the North West’s leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Executive’s from the Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser Cutting Industry to join our busy and expanding Laser team.

Opportunities exist for self-motivated, high achieving Business Development Executive’s with a proven track record within Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser Cutting Sales to sell our Services.

The underlying objective is to develop a client base in a competitive market; identifying new business opportunities via cold calling/networking and ensuring our customer needs and expectations are met on a daily basis.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities within your territory

- Sourcing new customers, generating business at a senior level, and maintaining a high standard of service

- Promote the products and services of the entire WEC Group

- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasting data

- Reporting to the National Sales Manager at regular meetings to review KPI targets

- Create and deliver successful presentations – (all levels)

Knowledge, Skills, Experience needed to become our Business Development Executive:

- Successful candidates must have direct relevant experience within the Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser Cutting Industry.

Business Development Executive Working Hours: Monday – Friday  8am-5pm. 42.5hrs per week

Working Location/Environment: Field based/ Home Based
