New opportunity not to be missed! NAHL Group have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Operations Manager to join our team working within the M1 –M40 Corridor. We are offering the successful Legal Operations Manager a competitive salary of c £60,00 per annum plus c £10,000 car allowance and excellent benefits including pension and healthcare package.

The Legal Operations Manager Role

Working with our key commercial partners, you will be responsible for the day to day operational performance including financial performance, products and consumer journey. You will also be responsible for the reporting and analysis of financial and quality performance to contribute to the growth and profitability of the commercial relationship.

Key Responsibilities as our Legal Operations Manager:

- Contribute to delivery of the business plan with associated strategic objectives, action plans, targets and individual objectives.

- Drive actions that contribute to the achievement of business goals

- Contribute to development of the strategy for our key commercial partners.

- Identify, implement and deliver best practice.

- Contribute to delivery of an industry leading consumer journey which optimises the use of technology.

- Contribute to development of a suite of MI and performance management information.

- Translate financial reports into workable strategies and projects in order to maximise revenue streams.

- Embed NAH KPI’s and SLA’s into the day to day operation

- Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrate responsibility and leadership for promoting and championing all aspects or the NAH charter and values

- Undertake any other duties in order to meet your team and company’s objectives following consultation with your manager

Skills and Experience needed to become our Legal Operations Manager:

- Experience of an operational management role within a personal injury law firm.

- Experienced in driving performance and performance management and achievement of objectives against KPI’s/SLA’s.

- Highly developed skill in analysis and interpretation of financial reports

- Experience in project management and stakeholder performance management

- Proven technical knowledge of legal issues impacting upon a personal injury law firm.

- Experience in building and enhancing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to operate and communicate within a senior management structure.

- Commercial awareness within the legal sector

- Consumer focussed and target driven
