Assist the technicians in the setup, troubleshooting and repair of client's hardware and softwareProvide first line help desk support to clients via telephone, email, and remote accessAssist with the purchase, setting up, maintenance and repair of hardware for clientsAssist with data backup and data recoveryInstall and configure software applicationsKeep accurate records of work completed and ongoing jobsUndertake or assist with any other admin duties as required Your training???
