Regional Sales Manager - East England
Ideally located around Northampton, Leicester, Market Harborough, Kettering, Corby areas.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
£30,000 plus £6,000 advanced guaranteed commission payment – Realistic OTE £55,000 Company Car, Private mileage, Smartphone, Laptop

WORKING HOURS:
Up to 40 hours per week

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a company within the family owned Swedish company group EWEBE, founded in 1939 and since has become a developing player within the plastics Industry. Our clients hot runner systems are successfully sold worldwide through subsidiaries, distributors and agents. Due to their growth in the UK, our client is now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their organisation to continue this growth

THE ROLE:
To increase sales through development of existing accounts and creation of new opportunities. As a Regional Sales Manager, based in East England, your assignment is to personally introduce, sell and service our clients hot runner systems in the UK to plastic moulding industry and tool makers. You will work in a small organization in the UK and work closely together with the Swedish head office. As well as a proven track record in sales, our client feels you would be of an entrepreneurial mind-set, self-motivated, goal orientated driven individual and have a technical, practical way of getting things done.

Through development of existing accounts and creation of new opportunities, the Regional Sales Manager will be given the right tools to autonomously maximise the potential of the region. You will be meeting interesting people and offering solutions for their projects and building relationships new and old to ensure a long lasting partnership.

Key Responsibilities for a Regional Sales Manager include:-
• Identify, negotiate and manage new strategic relationships across vertical markets.
• Proactive development of existing accounts to drive sales and increase client spend
• Build solid, lasting relationships with new and existing customers, to secure long-term revenue streams
• Delivery of first class customer relationship management during the sales process and beyond
• Introduce new products effectively to the market

THE CANDIDATE:

As a Regional Sales Manager, based in East England, experience and knowledge and contacts from the Injection moulding/tooling industry would be an advantage but not essential as training to the right applicant would be considered.

Key experience essential for Regional Sales Manager include:
• Significant experience in a business to business sales environment, lead generation on the telephone or in the field is essential
• CAD experience an advantage
• Proven track record essential
• Excellent computer literate and telephone skills are essential
• Presentation skills are essential
• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
