Our client sources stunning properties from around the UK to provide customers with their dream holiday getaway. They are now looking for a Business Development Co-ordinator to join their passionate team.

As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you’ll qualify inbound leads from prospects and property owners using our client’s CRM system.
Our client are experts in their field, offering world-class accommodation and always strive to deliver a brilliant holiday for customers and fantastic return on investment for owners.
Acting as one of our client’s experts, you’ll communicate with prospects in a friendly and personable manner, promote the benefits of our client’s services and give prospects all the information they need to invest in a holiday property.
Specifically, you will:
- Determine ways to increase leads for the team you support
- Ensure that all enquiries are correctly prioritised and contacted within agreed SLAs
- Create a communications program to increase our client’s profile to holiday property owners
- Identify ways to help drive conversion rates
- Prepare a range of reports and provide support to colleagues
Think you’d fit in with this passionate team? To be considered, you’ll need:
- Experience in a customer-focused role (it’s essential that you’ll be able to provide a world-class level of service at all times)
- Previous experience of relationship building and management
- Experience of sales processes
- An excellent understanding of Sage CRM and MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English
As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you’ll be able to work on your own initiative and develop excellent relationships at all levels. Adaptable and eager to learn, you’ll also have great communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach.
