Site Technician

They are working in healthcare at various hospitals and operating rooms, to deliver specialist ventilation including Ultra clean canopies for projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

They are seeking a person to attend site for periods of time and to oversee the site activities and monitor their sub-contractor activities.

A knowledge of HSE and construction site rules will be an advantage, as well as a basic knowledge of ventilation systems.

Clean driving license and CSCS card are a pre-requisite.

The role will be a mixture of hands on and supervision to deliver the project to pre-determined schedules.

An eye for detail and quality is expected., to satisfy client expectations for their projects.

Job Description: Site Technician

Job Purpose: To execute and monitor installations to drawings and specifications.

Skills/Qualifications: Site co-ordination of resources and materials. Fitting and supervision of products to high quality finish. Testing and commission of installations. CSCS card will be required and other HSE training, to be instigated after employment if necessary.

Site Technician - Duties:

- Fitting of ductwork and canopy systems
- To co-ordinate materials and resources for installation of products.
- To liaise with main contractor on site.
- To oversee sub-contractors duties.
- To ensure continued production on site
- Check quality of installation to ensure specification is met.
- Work to RAMS provided and adhere to HSE requirements on site.
- Ensure tools and equipment is kept
- Working on site throughout UK involving travel and staying away for duration of project on a weekly basis.
- Support commissioning and Validation of equipment.
