SALES/COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Due to our continued success and expansion, we are seeking to appoint a Sales/Commercial Manager with considerable property experience. Reporting to the Managing Director, the appointee will be responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and our online presence, with an innovative marketing flair. The role will involve meeting with a variety of clients and professionals and the ultimate delivery of our quality homes to a predetermined time schedule.

The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills, be articulate, have a strong educational background with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to enable the integration of this role with our construction, planning and land teams, as well as our valued clients. Whilst not essential, knowledge and an understanding of legal title documentation and contract enquiry process would be advantageous.
