For their branch in Solihull (West Midlands) they are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator, who has the organisational competence to manage order processing processes as well as general office and warehouse administration. This is a permanent, full time role, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively and standards of performance are attained
- Manage the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse activities
- Manage and control all the warehouse order processing, from start to finish, and file documentation electronically when closing a job
- Manage and control all haulage bookings and quotations
- Capable of working and managing office alone at times

Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE education, including Maths & English
- Highly IT proficient
- Good working knowledge of warehousing and distribution
- Customer focused and service orientated
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to meet exacting deadlines and prioritise appropriately
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Cargowise1/EDI

Analytical. Technically focused. Comfortable working within established systems and procedures. Preference for repetitive routines and able to work at a steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work. Able to work in a small team, be hands-on and flexible.
