Senior Support Worker required for Orchard View, a 9 bedded residential home for adults with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours.
This is a full time position of 37.5 hrs p/w, made up of various shift patterns.
You will need to be flexible, reliable and able to use your own initiative.
Previous experience of working with people with learning disailities, Autism, Epilepsy and behaviours that challenge.
An NVQ Level 3 in Social Health Care and a clean Drving Licence would be preferable.
Experience in shift leading, and supervision of staff is essential.
