We are looking for an ambitious Commis Chef who is looking for their next career move.
Are you looking to join a young and ambitious brigade of 7 chefs, who are outstanding in their field?
The team is expanding and they are looking to add to the already experienced and successful team.
You will already be a Chef De Partie OR a Commis Chef looking for the next step in your career.
You will be assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen, alongside the Sous Chef.
You will be given opportunities along with the existing team of chefs to help create inspiring menus.
My client is a privately-owned hotel with a rosette restaurant.
My client is well known locally for their outstanding fayre and 5 * service and they believe in using local produce.
Attributes and experiences we are looking for include :- (but not inclusive of)
5 years' experience
Formal training
A good track record of leading a team
Passion and drive
Good attention to detail
Experience of working within a rosette environment
In return on offer is:-
??18,000 per annum (dependant on experience) based on an average 50 hour working week
A good work life balance
28 days paid holiday per year
3% pension contribution
A fast paced working environment
