Assistant Manager
Are you looking for a new challenge? Then Bryn Williams wants to hear from you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Assistant Manager to be part of our busy expanding bistro. Successful applicants must have 3-5 years experience at a high end establishment.
You will be expected to support the managers in many aspects of the day to day running of the bistro. A genuine interest in wine and food and has a BIIAB licence. Welsh language would be an advantage.
