Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice

Through our on-going commitment to the success of the Apprenticeship Scheme, we are now looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice to join Talk Staff Recruitment's successful team. The role is based at our Group Head Office in Belper, Derbyshire.

Minimum Requirements for Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice Job:

Responsible for attracting quality candidates to generate and replenish candidate talent pools via a number of job boards and social media campaign; your role as Resourcer will be to select CVs, screen and interview candidates over the phone and conduct face to face interviews to ensure that applicants match completely to our client’s culture, job descriptions and person profiles. The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for managing and engaging with the talent pool on a regular basis and ensuring immediately available candidates are consistently available to meet the anticipated demand from our clients.

Your job as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice will also involve the following areas:

• Building, replenishing, managing and regularly engaging with the talent pool
• Building an understanding of different types of roles within specified areas to be able to identify and attract suitable talent
• Sourcing candidates for active job vacancies using in-house systems, job advertising, CV Databases and various forms of Social Media
• Registering candidates face to face for temporary work, ensuring all right to work documents and full information is present
• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand Clients’ culture & person fit alongside skills when actively sourcing for a live role
• Utilising and updating IT Systems including CRM and ATS
• Working to pre-defined KPIs on a weekly basis

As you’ll be based at the Group Head Office, it’ll be likely you’ll also get involved with a number of different business areas and projects.

Salary will be £161.20 a week, paid monthly, which is £8,382 per year, plus great commision opportunities

Working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hours’ break.
