Chef de Partie needed for traditional pub group located in Winchester!
This old English style pub group located centrally in Winchester are is well know for their charm amongst locals and visitors alike. They serve a vast selection of ales and have a great reputation for locally sourced food. There is now an opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team in this out of town pub..
The owners are keen to support local farmers, therefore all the food is sourced from the surrounding counties. You will be working with fresh ingredients preparing traditional British
Job benefits:
* Salary up to GBP20K
* 20 days holiday
* Accommodation available
* Cook locally sourced ingredients from scratch
* Opportunity to progress up to Sous Chef
These vacancy will suit a Chef with over 2 years experience working in a busy kitchen, with ability to cook fresh meals from scratch.
Hours:
45 hours per week, generally working 5 days out of 7.
Due to service times there will be a mixture of split and straight shifts.
