What is the Driver role?
They are looking to recruit two qualified Drivers to be based at their Bath Academy, located at Bath University, to join our team of permanent drivers.
The successful candidate will be tasked daily with transporting Academy Scholars and Schoolboys to and from various locations mainly within Somerset and Wiltshire as well as the FC's training base in Marchwood in a safe and lawful manner, with full compliance of the Highway Code and other regulations applying to both passenger and minibus transport. An awareness of safeguarding is important as you will be responsible for the welfare of children in your care.
What are we looking for in the Driver role?
The successful Driver must hold a clean and valid UK driving licence. You must also have availability to transport as and when needed with the flexibility to be available in cases such as illness and injury.

Experience Desirable
??? Experience in a similar role.
Qualifications (incl. certifications) Essential
??? Hold a clean and valid UK Driving Licence.
Qualifications (incl. certifications) Desirable
??? Awareness of Child Protection (CP and First Aid training).
Skills Essential
??? Excellent communication and listening skills.
??? Exceptional knowledge of the local area.
??? A flexible approach.
??? Good Organisational skills.
