With at least 12 months' General Management experience ideally within the hospitality, Pub or Leisure sector. We are seeking a passionate leader with a proven record of empowering, motivating and engaging their teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
You will be responsible for working closely with your Area Manager, and teams to drive sales, service, and increase profitability. This will be achieved through our core values and the customer experience as key focuses. A commercially astute, real people person who understands what it takes to be successful, and is keen to further develop their career.
Required experience
Proven General Manager experience
Hospitality or Leisure background would be ideal
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A real passion for building a strong team, through training and developing your people
Commercial awareness, to identify sales opportunities and develop the business
Forward thinking with the ability to think outside the box
The successful candidate will be familiar with a multifaceted environment where no two days are the same. You could be running a pool tournament, creating a buzz for fans to view their favourite sport, hosting a party or serving a regular customer. The role is varied and fulfilling and therefore requires you to be hands on and committed to delivering the best possible customer service.
