Export Sales Support Administrator

This is an opportunity to join the European division of a South Korean wallpaper manufacturer based in Seoul. With a fully serviced warehouse in Zoetermeer, Holland and a Sales and Marketing office in the UK, they sell an extensive range of premium quality heavyweight and textured vinyls all across Europe.

They are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Export Sales Support Administrator to join their small but busy office based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their career to a direct sales role with the possibility of foreign travel.

This role is full time, on a 3 month trial basis.

The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focused with excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate in the German language. Additional language particular French and Spanish would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing
- Handling customer service enquiries via email, telephone and fax
- Liaison with their warehousing team and freight forwarders in Holland
- Providing general support to the sales team with customer quotes, sampling etc.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at major accounts

Person Specification:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good ability to work under own initiative and minimal supervision
- German language skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a small team.
