Customer Service Advisor / Claims Handler - Motor Insurance 
Egham, Surrey 
Up to £25,000 DOE 

Our client is a leading provider of outsource claims handling services to insurance companies and brokers operating in the motorcycle sector. Featured in the Sunday Times Fast-track 100 of the Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies in the UK, they continue to experience substantial growth. 

If you are a claims handling professional or have experience in customer service and are looking to break into a rewarding insurance career, our client will provide you with excellent training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed and progress within your role. What’s more, there is also the potential for a taxi service to be provided by the company from Egham train station to aid your commute and help you get to and from the office. 

Successful candidates will be provided with exceptional training in managing customer relations and handling claims. Once trained, you will work in a front line position dealing with customers gathering customer details and recording information accurately on the company’s internal claim management system and providing customer claim updates. 

Our client is looking for candidates with previous experience in a customer service or claims handling role who have an eager and helpful approach. Candidates must be effective communicators, with a confident telephone manner and an eye for detail. 

The company encourages ongoing professional development and will support those individuals looking to progress their career within the insurance sector and in attaining Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications. 

Please note, the core business hours for our client are 8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The phone lines are open until 8pm each evening and you will be required to work one weekday covering these and one in four Saturdays from 9am – 5pm (Saturdays are paid as overtime). 

For the right candidate this role is also offered as a part time position.
