Our client is now seeking a Technical Order Processor for a local manufacturer of extensive range of timber and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories at their warehouse in Orpington.
Experience within this industry is a must as you will be responsible for processing orders within bespoke software systems. You will be from a manufacturing processing background entering bespoke data entry.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors on a daily basis offering technical support and assistance.
- Entering jobs into CNC linked system.
- Offering a professional service face to face as well as via telephone.
- Meeting team targets and generating production reports.
Perfect candidate will have:
- Experience in aluminium windows/doors production.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Great costumer service.
- Ability to work on their own.
