RGN/RMN Nurse

Our client is a long established care home located in Grantown on Spey, close to Aviemore, a mountain town set in the foothills of the Cairngorm Mountains.  Inverness is the nearest city from Aviemore.

Right now our client is currently looking for enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to offer the positions of RGN/RMN nurses of all levels and experience, including newly qualified nurses, at their care home. 

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining up to date documentation such as care plans.
• Caring for our client group who are over 65 and often have complex medical needs, allowing you to develop you clinical and palliative skills
• Take charge of shifts and independently organize your team and develop those you are working with.
• Liaising with GP’s and healthcare specialists to ensure that residents receive the best care and to their wishes.
• Take charge of your learning and development, we will fund appropriate training that we feel can benefit those who live and work in Grandview.
• Through meeting these responsibilities you will have the opportunity to develop your career with us and take promotions working towards management.
