As a valued member of our team, you will be re-parenting children on a day to day basis delivering our Restorative Parenting® recovery programme. you will be supporting and caring for children in a therapeutic residential care home by meeting their social, emotional, cultural and educational needs. You will also assist with the domestic duties, maintaining a safe, healthy and homely environment. Team Members will receive extensive training, be supported to develop their career and learning as well as receiving competitive rates of pay.
