Our client is an expanding and professional local finance organisation. They are seeking an experienced credit controller with B2C experience to join their team.
Reporting to the Credit Manager
Hours 37.5 hours per week – 2 week rolling shift plan (6-day/4-day)
Mon-Thursday (2 x 9-5, 2 x 12-8)
Fri 9-5
Sat 10-2 (every other/6 Day week)
4 day week = 1 x 9-5, 2 x 12-8, and off Saturday
The Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and competitive credit controller to join their busy team based in Altrincham.
The successful candidate should have experience of B2C credit control, and be familiar with collections techniques. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills are essential, and creative approach to credit control is desired.
The role requires patience, tenacity and an eye for detail. Systems training will be given, but experience of CMC and credit control/debt collection will be an advantage.
It is essential that applicants are able to fully commit to the shift plan.
