Haynes Publishing, the worldwide market leader in car and motorcycle repair manuals, is recruiting to fill a senior marketing position located at the Sparkford, Somerset headquarters of the company.  The position is for a Marketing Manager whose responsibility will include the well-known Haynes Owners Workshop Manuals, The Haynes entertainment publishing list and related licensed branded products.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with at least 3-5 years of related marketing experience.  An exposure to product management, market research, advertising, social media and digital promotions in a consumer environment are preferred.  The candidate should have a track record of fresh and innovative campaigns, ideas and projects with measurable results.

The manager's role will seek to continue the growth in this important sector for the company with strategic marketing plans to include consumer communication efforts, consumer research, licensed products and special events exposure.  An understanding of the car and motorcycle enthusiast markets is preferable but not essential.  The position will involve some UK and foreign travel and comes with a competitive salary and benefits.
