Portsmouth, UK
£20,000 + £25,000 + Bonus
Due to some fantastic growth plans for 2017 we are recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Specialist who has the essential characteristics to join a high performing recruitment team.
You will be a passionate individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong track record of successful recruitment within the commercial industry. Working as part of a team of 3 talented individuals you will report directly into the Sales Director.

Skills and Experience
Essential:
+ Proven track record of success with a minimum of 2 years + prior experience
+ Demonstrable experience of candidate profiling and qualification
+ A background in managing the full end to end lifecycle of the recruitment process
+ Proven ability to write and publish job adverts
+ Ability to prioritise workload and work to monthly and quarterly targets
+ Experienced with using Microsoft Office especially Excel
+ Will have solid knowledge of using social networks, job boards and CV databases to source and engage with candidates
Desirable:
+ Commercial industry/sector experience is preferable but not essential
+ Experience of recruiting in a fast paced, high volume and demanding environment (agency or internal)
+ A recruitment related qualification (Cert RP) is preferable but not essential
Duties and responsibilities.
+ Work closely with other Recruiters and the Sales Director to ensure the talent pool is maintained and monthly targets are achieved.
+ Pre-screen and qualify potential candidates
+ Manage the full end to end lifecycle of the recruitment process
+ Direct sourcing of candidates through advertising & head hunting utilising tools such as social media, job boards, internal referrals whilst building talent pools
+ Ensure recruitment data is accurately captured via our bespoke recruitment CRM to ensure we have an enhanced view on activity
+ Help support the training team with the completion of new starter forms and contracts for new employees to have a successful onboarding experience
+ Proactive management of recruitment projects e.g. referral projects, social media projects, investigating alternative recruitment methods
+ Work to KPIs and track conversions (CVs sourced, interviews booked, offers made)
+ Promote company as an employer of choice.
+ Ensure legal compliance in all recruitment and selection activity
+ Maintain a good knowledge of local competition to ensure we continue to win the war on talent.
