Full time. Salary dependent on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Internal Sales Coordinator/Manager to join a well-established Company, selling labelling to the chemical industry.

The role involves responsibility for the day to day sales activities of the business.

You will have a strong commercial awareness and ideally have experience in the chemical industry, but this is not essential. We are looking for a self-motivated person to work within a small team.

The role will be full time and offers a fantastic opportunity to move your career to the next stage within an expanding company.

The role involves:

• Developing relationships with customers and knowledge of the products they require, by delivering excellent customer service
• Taking and processing sales orders
• Keeping customers informed of any situation that may affect their order
• Ensuring that all work in the department is carried out to a high standard
• Manage CRM systems and other sales applications
• Follow the marketing plan to ensure consistent lead generation and expand the company's customer base.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets

You will need to have;

• Previous successful sales experience
• Knowledge of chemical regulations would be beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
• Confident telephone manner and an ease in developing relationships
• Self-motivated with good organisational skills
• Advanced I.T. skills including computer operation expertise
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Hardworking, persistent and dependable
• Positive, enthusiastic, fun, optimistic person that can work well within a team
