Customer Service Administrator – After-Sales 
Stevenage, Hertfordshire (initially based in our client’s Enfield office)
Depending on experience this position will offer a salary range between £19,000 to £23,000 Including Pension,  28 Days’ Holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Are you an experienced customer service or support professional seeking an exciting, new challenge?

As a leading supplier of automated food processing lines, our client works with top food producers across the country and is now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
 
Initially, you will work from our client’s office in Enfield before they move to Stevenage in April 2017. Additional travel expenses will be reimbursed.  

You will have the chance to gain valuable insight into various areas of the business and play a key role within their after sales function including support to the Sales office.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll provide a first-class service to customers and respond to a wide range of enquiries regarding spare parts and service requests. 

Ensuring the timely resolution of all reported faults, you will prepare quotations and work with the Accounts Team to ensure customers’ credit limits and conditions are adhered to. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Logging and progressing all customer orders 
- Processing supplier invoices 
- Arranging transport for customer deliveries 
- Monitoring and reporting on improvements to departmental processes 
- Assisting the Sales Director with the distribution of marketing materials 
- Filing and maintaining records 
- Supporting colleagues at exhibitions or customer sites on an ad-hoc basis  

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need previous customer service and/or support experience. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are also key, as is a highly organised approach. 

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have experience in engineering, technical or maintenance environment, but this is not essential. Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software would also be beneficial. 

Please note, you will initially be based from our client’s Enfield office, before they move to Stevenage. During this time, any additional travel expenses will be reimbursed.
