Residential Surveyor ( RICS ) required for mortgage valuations in East London area

The Role

The Residential Surveyor will carry out mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and if appropriate building surveys for a large and varied client base of banks, lenders and private customers. Working in accordance with the RICS professional standards, you will carry out site visits and produce valuation reports supported closely by a highly experienced and professional administrative team.

The Company

Our client is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with an ever-increasing team of field based surveyors (RICS) providing full survey and valuation services (from enquiry through to completion of report and valuation) for residential properties in the UK.

The Person

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be RICS and VRS ( Valuer Registration Scheme ) qualified or eligible for VRS accreditation, with experience in a broadly similar role. Your background may be as a residential valuer, building surveyor, loss-adjuster or with related sector experience. However full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate. Highly motivated, you will be literate and customer focused with strong organisational and IT skills.
