Job Description

The job holder will provide comprehensive administration and customer service duties within our Operations Department.

The main duties involved in this role include:

• Allocating engineers/operative to relevant tasks as required and within agreed company guidelines, i.e. servicing, breakdown, repairs etc.
• All administration work related to servicing / installation i.e. CP12s, technical work reports etc.
• Accurately, updating internal workflow management systems (Accuserv) with relevant activities and work related notes, including information for valuations and invoices
• Liaising professionally and courteously with tenants, clients and all internal departments, ensuring that contractual and internal SLAs are met and exceeded
• Ensuring that all phone calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Preparation of data for weekly/monthly reports
• To carry out such other duties as may be assigned from time to time, which, in the company’s view are deemed to be within the range of skills and experience of the job holder
• To assist colleagues as required from time to time in their duties and responsibilities (across departments if necessary) as determined by the Operations Director, so that all business activities are
