Our client is an integrated internal communications agency. They work with some of the world???s best brands to create and deliver outstanding internal communication strategies.??? One of their key accounts ??? a major UK retailer ??? is rapidly expanding so they're looking for a Junior Account Manager to support the key account manager in the day-to-day management and delivery of the account.
This role includes liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues to project manage the delivery of a range of publications and other services, maintaining effective admin and communication from brief to completion. You will get involved in brainstorming and innovation, helping to improve the products, processes and services they provide.
You will have excellent admin and organisational skills and be a great communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients while delivering a consistently excellent service. You???ll be enthusiastic, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks, as well as build and maintain a superb relationship with the client.
Requirements:
??? Excellent admin skills with attention to detail and ability to work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems
??? Able to understand and adhere to processes and deliver a high standard of project management
??? Understand finance and budgets ??? to prepare quotes, schedules and job specifications that deliver best value
??? Able to work to set timescales and produce high quality work under pressure
??? Understand the vision, context and purpose of your clients and the work they produce for them
??? Assist with brainstorming and put forward ideas for improvement
??? Gather and respond to feedback, monitor customer satisfaction and support review meetings
