Customer Service / Telemarketing Team Leader

Our client supplies quality construction cladding products, including Vitrabond, to the rainscreen cladding market and has identified an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Telemarketing Team Leader to join their rapidly growing business.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Director, as Customer Service / Telemarketing Team Leader your role will be fast paced and require excellent organisational skills. Your daily roles and responsibilities will vary on a daily basis, but will include an array of the following;
• Quotation follow up
• Undertaking business development, through placing cold calls to new identified leads
• Managing external sales team diaries
• Processing orders
• Answering incoming calls and helping customers with requirements in a professional manner
• Ensuring to motivate and support your team members
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience to undertake this role, including;
• Experience within a similar* role is essential, ideally within a leadership role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Results driven, ambitious individual
• Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
• Must be computer literate ideally with experience of Sage systems and Microsoft office
