Platinum Recruitment's Chef Division is currently representing a 4 star, in Cheltenham and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

CLIENT

This fantastic 4 star hotel, in Cheltenham, is seeking a Chef de Parte with a passion for food. The Hotel offers a classic British menu with a contemporary flare. The 4 star hotel has 150 rooms, and a fine dining restaurant that regularly caters for tourist and business custom.

ROLE

The new Chef de Partie will be comfortable with catering to a high volume of customers, at a fast pace and to an excellent standard. The new Chef de Partie will be directly responsible to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and work across a range of different shifts. The Chef de Partie will be logical and manage stock according to the demand as well as confident in maintaining the high standards the hotel has set. A Chef de Partie with a background in Hotels, and experience working in the same role is essential; you should also have plenty of motivation an enthusiasm to succeed in this role.
