Accounts Assistant

£16k - £18k Salary
My client are growing employer in Exeter and due to continuous expansion, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy accounts team based on Marsh Barton. This is a great opportunity for someone who has accounts experience and is looking to have more exposure to a variety of accounts tasks.
Main duties include:
- Invoicing, raising credit notes and setting up new accounts
- Cash posting and preparing banking
- Month End Statements and assisting the accounts team with ad-hoc duties
- Dealing with sales ledger & purchase ledger
- Account & bank reconciliations
Key Requirements:
- 12 to 18 months accounts experience or more
- Studying towards achieving AAT qualification or AAT qualified
- Experience using Sage or a similar system
- GCSE A-C in Maths & English
