37.5 hrs per week plus OT + Commission. 28 days holiday per year.

Our client is looking for Customer Relations Advisors to foster and build on the relationship between their prestigious client base of some of the biggest car dealerships in the country and their existing customers. Motor trade or call centre experience is preferable but not essential by any means.

With the company, your responsibilities will include:

• Calling existing customers from prestige car dealerships and inviting them to VIP weekends and special events.
• Informing them of fantastic offers that the dealership or manufacturer is currently running.
• Inviting customers to take test drives of new models and receive rewards for doing so like Hotel Stays and Afternoon Tea.
• Management of busy dealership diary.
• Follow up call to discuss the event with customers who attended and attain feedback.

Ultimately the company are looking for applicants who are self motivated, tenacious and are able to build rapport and hold a conversation.

They are based in easy to reach offices close to public transport links with restaurant and gym on site.

Successful applicants will receive 28 days holiday per year and salary can be negotiable for the right applicant with uncapped commission and overtime pay available.
