Job Title: Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 per annum full time (reviewed annually)
Our client is an innovative company with an established track record of providing high quality physiotherapy services to the public and private sector. Their administrative and clinical team currently comprises 30 professionals who have gained a reputation for providing exceptional standards of care for their clients.
Job Role:
- To undertake musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment of patients referred by occupational health, medico-legal and private healthcare companies.
- To support new service developments, including internet based and clinical service innovations.
- To oversee quality assurance (reporting) processes.
- To spend one day per 1 week provided onsite occupational physiotherapy services to a local company.
The duties and responsibilities of the post holder are detailed below, although the precise accountabilities of any job may be expected to change over time. Job holders would be contacted over any proposed changes before implementation.
- To undertake MSK assessments and treatments on patients referred through occupational health, medico-legal, and health insurance contracts.
- To work flexibly with senior managers to support the operational requirements and diary capacity needs of the business.
- To assist in petty cash reconciliation and stock ordering processes as required.
Hours/Conditions:
- 36hpw (employed role). Employees may have to work additional hours as necessary for the proper performance of your job.
- Hours of work are flexible due to the nature of the post.
- Depending on requirements, there maybe evening and weekend working as part of the remit of this post.
The Candidate:

Essential
- Current HPC/CSP registration
- Minimum of 12months experience
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and up to date skills
- Co-ordinating and prioritising a busy and varied workload
- Using new computer systems
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license, with car access
- Clear CRB check
Desirable
- Post graduate qualification
- Knowledge of MSK Physiotherapy
- Management experience
- Evidence of responding to unexpected change by adopting a flexible approach to work
