The company is a unique, privately-owned education provider at an exciting development phase. With brands as diverse as the London College of Contemporary Arts, the University of Law and Interactive already under their umbrella and exciting plans for further growth, the company is keen to ensure that their HR service supports the company's development and are now looking to recruit an equally ambitious and driven HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, the post holder will deliver a wide-ranging service to designated management teams and will support the embedding of best practice in workforce planning and resourcing, employment relations issues, staff engagement, performance management and training and development.

The Candidate:

  • CIPD qualified to at least Level 5, you will be a highly experienced generalist, confident in advising and sometimes challenging senior managers, collaborative in your work style and focused on delivering to high standards and within agreed timelines.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills in this stand-alone role and to make a real difference to the HR service delivered throughout the business.
