We are looking for a dedicated practitioner to work in a Bolton primary school. The role consists of delivering interventions to both groups of children and indivduals in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will need to be patient and fleixble to the varying needs of the children. You will also ensure that individual learning plans are followed and updated with the class teacher.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with children in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use own initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals and groups of children with different educational needs to assist with their development and understanding in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Communicating with the class teacher, SENCO and parents about the children's progress.
• Liaising with outside agencies.
• Promoting equal opportunities.
