Talent Acquisition Consultant, Resourcing Business Partner, In house resourcer, IT Recruitment

In-House Recruiter is needed by our client a leading IT consultancy to be based in their London or Edinburgh offices. They are listed in the Times fastest growing Technology Companies, 2015 and 2016 and won Sunday Times SME of the year award at the Scottish Business Awards. Last year their brilliant team of 5 Resourcing Business Partners successfully sourced candidates for over 800 requirements with no reliance on agencies.

This is not a job for the feint hearted; they are looking for a candidate who has experience of recruiting in their core business areas: IT Security, Networking, DevOps, IT Infrastructure and/ or Programme Delivery and who can manage 20+ requests concurrently and deliver resource against them all.
Reporting into The Head of Resourcing, and working closely with the Account Directors and their teams, you will have responsibility for delivery into Enterprise level clients throughout a number of different business sectors.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience in managing and delivering end to end recruitment to external clients within IT Security, Networking, DevOps and IT Infrastructure services
* Experience of delivering in short time frames, to specific requirements utilising Networking and direct sourcing approaches
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internal colleagues and clients
* A positive, can do attitude with an absolute passion to succeed and exceed expectations.
* An in depth understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies
* Knowledge and understanding of pre-employment screening and vetting procedures
