This company is one of the fastest growing private house builders in the UK. As part of their expansion they are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful Contracts Manager should have experience in private residential house building and conversions.
Contracts Manager Role:
- Managing multiple projects from inception through to completion
- Maintain fast track build programmes
- Effective management of all resources associated with the contract
- Managing and monitoring sub-contractors' performance
- Working closely with the Site Quantity Surveyors
- Operating as the first point of contact for clients / the public / site managers / sub-contractors
- Liaise and develop relationships with customers and their representatives
- Ensure all contracts are fully compliant with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation
Contracts Manager Requirements:
- MCIOB, HNC/HND or Degree level in a related construction subject.
- CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certifications are essential
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on fast track programmes and within budget
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, running projects valued between £500k - £10M
- Experience in residential new build projects + Highly self motivated and ambitious
Salary - £50 - 60K plus performance bonus & company car
